For the first assembly, the MYP teachers welcomed the students to the new academic session with a beautiful amalgamation of presentations (video presentations, songs and dances). The theme for the assembly was how to set the goal for oneself as well as to always remember that success and failures are a part of life as nothing should deter one from facing life. The need to inculcate IB philosophy was also stressed upon. The MYP students appreciated the assembly. More photos in our Facebook album .

On the opening day of school for our MYP and DP students (28 June 2017), the students were addressed by the Head of School, Mr Dilip Vasu. He stressed upon futuristic thinking and advancing ahead, balancing the old thought processes with the new advancements. With this, he informed us about the introduction of e-books in the school instead of printed textbooks, as well as online examinations that would soon be the mode for both CIE-IGCSE and IB-DP.

On 27 June 2017, our Head of School, Mr Dilip Vasu addressed the MYP and DP faculty of the school. He reiterated his words from his earlier address (before the holidays) that we need to build our own resources in the form of iBooks. He insisted upon the importance of teamwork for the overall success and performance of students in IGCSE. He also hoped that the new academic session would be a fruitful one. At the end, he welcomed the new teachers.
