Joseph Chatfield has rightly said, “Oration is the power to the people to talk out of their sober and natural opinions”. Words have incredible might as they are the most effective medium of communication. It takes a lot of courage and confidence to stand up and face the audience. So, to witness the Inter-House Extempore Competition, the students of MYP gathered in the AV hall on Thursday, March 28, 2019. The competition was held in Junior and Senior categories. There was a wide range of topics for the participants to express their views instantaneously. All the contestants were highly enthusiastic to showcase their oratory skills on discrete topics within the given time limit. The judges, TOK Coordinator and MYP Coordinator, spared their valuable time to surmise the participants and encouraged them through their guidance and appreciation.
