An Enlightening Visit

“It is our collective and individual responsibility to preserve and tend to the environment in which we all live.”
― Dalai Lama
Students had an enriching experience on the 1st of February, 2020 when they went on a field trip to Animal Rehabilitation and Protection Front Research Centre, Indore as part of their ecology course. Connecting with nature is the first step in creating a consciousness in young minds about environmental conservation and this trip gave our thoughtful learners an opportunity to become aware about minute and significant details of certain species of plants and animals. They also gained some useful information on agricultural practices, water harvesting systems and organic farming.

The trip not only helped them connect with nature, but also fostered scientific inquiry, literacy and environmental stewardship.
