  Welcome Assembly “This is a new year. A new beginning. And things will change.” – Taylor Swift The first-morning assembly of the school year is the most important as it makes students feel enthusiastic about attending school. Keeping this view in mind a special virtual assembly was conducted by MYP and DP teachers on 17th June 2021. The theme for the assembly being 'New Beginning' to welcome the students as they enthusiastically brace themselves towards commencing their journey of a promising academic year. Teachers not only sought the blessings of the Almighty for the growth and success of students but also participated wholeheartedly in an array of presentations specially crafted for the students. Virtual Celebration of International Yoga Day   Yoga is the gateway of Happiness that the body needs in daily life. Yoga is a way of life. It is a system that aims at the holistic wellness of humans including the body, mind, and spirit. International yoga day is celebrated in order to raise awareness about the invaluable benefits of yoga among the world community. In absence of physical school due to covid crisis, the   Physical Education Department of Choithram International School organized a virtual yoga session on 21st June 2021.
